He has an in-depth operational and financial understanding that crosses many agribusiness sectors, including cooperatives, grain merchandising, feed manufacturing, agronomic services, specialty crop processing, dairy, livestock production, cotton ginning, land management, freight transportation, and financial services. Jeremy strives to bring value to his clients by identifying operational efficiencies, developing high-performing teams, defining effective tax strategies, analyzing financial performance, developing business culture, and facilitating strategic direction.
Taylor is a certified public accountant and has been working in food and agribusiness for more than 10 years. Taylor specializes in multi-service cooperatives and agricultural organizations as well as Chief Financial Officer and Controller services. Areas of experience and expertise are bank financing deals, insurance policy renewals/review, accounting software implementation & best practice utilization, leveraging employee talent, treasury management, cost reduction, and budgeting & forecasting.
Cassie is an accounting professional with over 10 years of experience with full cycle accounting. She has a background in ethanol and gluten manufacturing as well as distribution. She has also been involved with several system upgrades and implementations and is highly proficient with various software programs. Cassie is passionate about working with clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial records and processes.
Jim brings with him over 30 years of experience working in various accounting and operational positions. He is one of our resident manufacturing experts in costing, bills of material, overhead absorption and ensuring that your business runs as profitable as expected. Along with this, Jim is highly skilled at financial modeling, KPI development, presentation, and reporting to business stakeholders. Jim’s areas of expertise includes wholesale, restaurants and hospitality, energy, food import, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.
Carolyn is an accounting professional with more than 25 years experience in various accounting and procedural roles. Her area of expertise includes multi-company operations, policy and procedural controls and internal accounting systems and financial record reviews. Carolyn strives to increase both quality of information and efficiency with every client she engages with. Over the course of her career, she has had extensive experience in manufacturing and construction with both in private and publicly traded operations. In addition, Carolyn has a strong agricultural background through her family’s ownership of both a feed manufacturing company and a hog raising operation.
Doug is engaged primarily in providing services to food processing/animal agriculture companies and commercial real estate organizations. Doug has 30 years of experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, accounting system design and implementation, auditing, and consulting on business matters, including organizational structure, key employee compensation, general estate planning, and other business matters.
Doug is also the owner/operator of Richardson Land and Cattle Company, a beef production, and commercial real estate enterprise. Past speaker for the annual U.S. Poultry and Egg Association Financial Management Seminar and numerous meetings of the National Pork Board, National Chicken Council, National Turkey Federation, and various other organizations.
